We evaluate whether you have been Mis-calculation your Business Energy Contracts and work out your approximate claim value.

Pursuit of Justice

Our Panel of Solicitors will work diligently to reclaim monies owed from the Broker and/or Supplier. This can take between 2 and 12 months to obtain settlement.

Future Contracts

We have partnered with an Independent Broker who will show you how things SHOULD be done. You will NEVER be mis-sold again!

Our Fees

Naturally, we are all about honesty, openness and transparency here at Energy Compensation Ltd, so here is how we receive our fees…

You don’t pay us a penny directly, EVER! We receive a nominal up-front administration fee from the Solicitor, and 10% of the Solicitors’ No Win – No Fee on settlement. Your Solicitor will notify you in writing once the settlement figure has been agreed.

We may also receive a small percentage of commissions if you secure new Energy Contracts through our independent partner Broker.
